Guess they should have "planned better" before coming here? There are millions of citizens without health care insurance, why should these people be treated differently? America is not the land of opportunity, I wish possible immigrants would be told the truth.

Oh I'm all for that, however, they're told about all the freebies they can have if they successfully make it here.

Read the article, these "people" do work. However they barely made it by 30 dollars to qualify for the subsidized insurance.

If you idiots took the time to research the article after reading the entire thing, you would notice that these people are naturalized citizens and not illegals.

With that being said, it's hard to have sympathy for these people being that your ancestors arrived here years ago if not centuries.

To put it into broader perspective, the truly republican states which are mostly southern and Midwest, ingest more in federal benefits and government assistance than they do paying federal taxes. Meaning less people are employed and paying taxes and more are leeching off the government handouts. Please research a topic before making dumb comments.

Also news flash: emergency visits for the uninsured have been paid by us via taxes for decades.

They work part time. Maybe it's time to look for a better job, just like the rest of us.
