State agency orders Union City to vacate 'deteriorating' DPW facility
State officials ordered the city last week to vacate its Department of Public Works building on 27th Street, saying in a letter to Mayor Brian Stack that the 100-year-old-plus building represents an "imminent danger" because of a deteriorated roof.

stack as been mayor for 13 long years. he had time to arrange a no show job at the board of education for his long time mistress, but still has not repaired the department of public works roof. reminds me of the scene from the Oscar winning movie all the kings men where the staircase of the neglected public building collapses with tragic results.
