The voters of Bennington should get out and VOTE the budget, YES or NO. I think the majority of the voters are those whose wages are connected to the budget vote, meaning town and schoolemployees and their family menbers.

You're right Jeff, every registered voter should get out and vote. There's no excuse for not voting. Absentee ballots are even available to those voters who plan on being out of town on election day. I know I'll be there.

Yeah the Town is still Milking the Tax Payers, Mostly the retired people in town who see no increase in the Social Security this year. And Mr Hurd should forgo the increase, to show the people he work's for that he cares. But doesn't really care, Just cares about his pocket in his town job. Town clerk shoulder be getting a raise, what happened when it was just Mary Hodeck & one helper all those years. Now the Tax payers are paying for 5 to 6 people in the same job, this looks very typical in this town. One does the work whlie the watch or site around. We should clean up this Town get people that wanna do the work there getting paid for.
