"Like sands through the hourglass, these are the Days of Our Lives." Jeez. Dispute over attempted break-in, intruder gets cut, two charged. Period. Stop trying to parrot the stuff on police reports or affidavits. The Banner staff does not include creative writing coaches.

That will teach the little punk to break into people's houses. Come to mine you little freak - I got more than a little knife for you - So why does Roberto get the shaft - because he went to look for the punk - He was trying to settle it himself - Take it to a jury - see how many will convict him. No me. Maybe we started tracking down these punks who keep breaking into places we can get the justice we deserve - you know instead of giving the criminal a slap on the wrist like the DA does. We just go out and beat the crap out of these fools. Ask anyone who has had thier home broken into. As far as the stupid guys girlfriend getting in between - what kind of man you wanna be with that lets you jump in for him after he has tried to break into somebodys home?
Roberto - you have not been into any trouble in so long , since you were like 18. I know your upbringing of not snitching - but next time just call the police. That's not really snitchin - they came to your door.

As Bennington turns. So do the days of our lives. all our children growing up into punks, maybe they all need a trip to general hospital, So they can us the guiding light to see there way. Because there 3 are decently bold. But are they beautiful? Have a great day very one. See you on Search for tomorrow. wait that was cancelled.

I too was a victim of a break in - knew who did it - where they used our credit cards and everything. Did good old BPD do anything about it? NOT! I thought I was going to get punched by one of the officers when I said that I wanted something done because I was a tax payer. That was the last time I heard from any of the BPD - I even called the chief of Police. 2 years later I am still waiting for my promised call back (when he looked into it) and the thieves are still running loose! Nice police protection that we have in Bennington!

That's what I am saying - let's all just start going after these morons ourselves. Drug dealers-B and E- all that - we just go pound them senseless.
I just can not believe Roberto is in jail on no bond or that he is in jail and the guy who started it is out?????

I feel bad for Roberto. Maybe that punk will think twice next time before he decides to break into someone's house. Loser. Got what he deserved. The police don't do anything with these criminals that are constantly stealing other people's stuff. Not even a slap on the wrist for most of them. That's why there is so much theft in this town...because people know they can get away with it.

Are we missing the point that you do not go and attempt to stab someone ... ever... an eye for an eye would make the whole world blind.

To the women who knows mr. diaz past so well... come on....your upbringing of not snitching ??? his beautiful mother god rest her soul would be turning in her grave if that is what she taught him as a mother.

The roberto i know , and have known for the better part of my life, knew full well the chance he was taking when he went out of the house intending to find this other man. The unfortunate ones are his two sons and gf who now have to pick up the mess.

What does bother me about this is that would be robber seems to have gotten away with no charges????
The old boy system seems to be in full effect in bennington still. And iam SURE Sharon Shae is VERY proud lol.

all i have to say.. is being his wife and mother of his child.. he was protecting his family.. and did not go after him with a knife. the "victim" gets away with everything being that his family is who they are... and what not. and when he says something... everybody seems to believe him... but... when his trial comes up.. he will be the one losing out. and he will be sitting in jail missing the birth of his child. he thinks he is hurting out family right now... he will see how it feels when he is rotting in jail. he took the security of feeling safe in our own home and roberto. but roberto himself has said he is not worried. and either am I. he will be home very very soon and we will get to watch them take the real criminal to jail. Roberto is the greatest man I have ever met and have ever known. Hes a great husband and father. We love you baby.

"feaning for drugs" you say? So that’s what he was after in your house. I know Roberto quit well, went to school with him. We all know what this is truly about. Sound like he hasn't changed since HIGH school. Don't pizz on my leg and tell me it’s raining. These guys are both going where they belong. Remember without supply there would be no demand.
