Shouldn't a complex of this type be central to the people who will use it? Have lots of access roads, support facilities etc? Why stick it out in the boonies where they have no sewers, water is supplied by a well and you have few roads and no mass transit access.
Why in the world would this make sense to anyone but a money hungry developer with other things in mind? Not the best thing for suburban children.
