Knock that shack down, that would solve the problem, geez, i cant belive this crap makes the paper. Knock it down, DONE!

This really should be decided by the property owners, unless part of the hill is in the "right of way". It really shouldn't be up to goverment to decide if your home should be knocked down, unless it's a safty hazard... in this case it might be. I wonder how much it's going to cost to stabilize the hill, and will be payed with tax money?... Knocking it down might be the easy answer but mabe not the best answer after consideration.... it's been this way for so long, a few more days won't make or break anything. I wonder if they're insured?
