Holly after Naylors dog attacked her

These horrific injuries were from being attacked Joe Naylor's and Christine Graces 100 pound American Bulldog (BUster)
WHY WERE THE OWNERS JOE NAYLOR AND CHRISTINE GRACE NOT FORCED TO GET RABIES SHOTS - GET LICENSES- POST DANGEROUS DOG SIGNS AT THEIR OWNERS HOME AND HAVE A FENCE FOR THE DOG SO HE COULD NOT REACH THE PUBLIC.
THE CO-OWNER OF THE DOG JOE NAYLOR HAS THREE BUSINESSES ON THE SAME BLOCK WHERE THE ATTACK TOOK PLACE SO ONE WOULD THINK THAT HE IS FINANCIALLY CAPABLE TO BUILD A FENCE TO KEEP HIS D
AFTER THE FIRST POLICE REPORT FILED ON NAYLORS DOG FOR BITING AND ATTACKING A SHIHTZU IN JULY NO REAL ACTION TOOK PLACE BECAUSE APPARENTLY MR NAYLOR DID NOT PROVIDE PROOF OF RABIES SHOTS TO ANYONE THAT MEANS SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE DOGS FROM HIM. OR FORCED HIM TO GET THE DOG SHOTS.
ON AUGUST 29, 2009 AT 10:40 P.M. JOE NAYLOR TOLD ME DEBORAH BUJDOS AND ACCOMPANIED BY OFFICER VAN SCYOC BOTH JOE NAYLOR AND CHRISTINE GRACE WHO RESIDE TOGETHER SAID THE DOG IS THIERS AND MR NAYLOR SAID HE NEVER GOT RABIES SHOTS FOR EITHER DOG, SO HIS OTHER DOG THAT HE STILL HAS DOESN'T HAVE SHOTS OR A LICENSE.
THERE ARE THREE DOCUMENTED ATTACKS BUT WE BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE AT LEAST TWO MORE AND WE ARE TRYING TO FIND THOSE PEOPLE TO LEARN THE DETAILS OF THEIR EXPERIENCES WITH NAYLORS DOG.
THE DAY BEFORE JOHN AND KIM GIDOS ATTACK HIS SEVEN YEAR OLD GRANDSON WAS WITH HIM AS HE WALKED THE DOGS AND HAD HE BEEN THERE ON FRIDAY THAT 100 POUND DOG WOULD HAVE ALSO BEEN ATTACKING THE GRANDSON.
NOW HOW MANY OTHERS IN NORTH BELLE VERNON HAVE DANGEROUS DOGS THAT COULD HARM THE PUBLIC DUE TO THIS LACK OF CONCERN FOR CURRENT RABIES SHOTS AND LICENSING EVEN AFTER THE DOG BITES SOMEONE. WHERE IS THE FAYETTE COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY WHO IS BEING PAID BY THE BOROUGH TO POLICE THE DOG POPULATION IN YOUR TOWN AND ENFORCE THE PA DOG LAWS. WHAT ARE THEY DOING ? WHOS WATCHING THE DOGS? CAN YOU REALLY FEEL SAFE WALKING YOUR DOGS?
MR. AND MRS GIDO want to be there to PUBLICLY thank Mr. Bill Campbell a North Bell Vernon borough employee who came to the rescue of John and Kim Gido and their dog Holly. Many witnesses also said had it not been for him John would have been killed.
Please tell everyone you know about this attack and ask them to attend this meeting on September 6 2009.

The 11 month old puppy in question never hurt anyone. dogs are dogs. they usually don't like other dogs. if the mail man, who is not a dog person stops by to give his condolences because he liked buster. he said that he was a nice dog. if some moron had not started beating him with a bat, there may have been less of a problem.. buster has been around plenty of people and has never shown signs of aggression. he would hang out in the office at the tire store and play with the kids and was always nice. never hurt anyone.
