Frank Bruno attached himself, to his idea. Gilliland, has done the same thing. City officials DO NOT! buy property, unless they use it to steal money by keeping it OFf the tax roll. This is a private enterprise! Of course Jack & Kelly White want the city to buy property, which they have no right to do, it's money laundering to keep the shifting money off the books. Gilliland and Bruno have no afflilation with sunrail ot transportation, it's a state matter, Bruno & gilliland are nothing, they only there to remind people things will not happen, and nobody has the right to vote on it. In another words... do not pay attention to this. It doesn't make sense.
