Um... So yeah, you can just walk into any foreclosed house, and call it yours.

Clowns like that get put out in the center of town and have vegetables thrown at them. And then we wonder why all the trolls here talk bad about us Islanders.

BECAUSE MOST OF YOU DON'T USE YOUR F'N HEADS.

He should also be charged with forging a lien now. He wasn't a creditor and filed false liens with the county claiming the owner owed him money. He's not so dumb he doesn't know who owes him money is he?
I'm just glad nobody on the jury bought into this scam artist lies.

Does sound excessive. Half million cash bail and netted 8500! Gimme a break. There’s sc*****s committing armed robbery with prior felony convictions that don't get it set that high. Not too mention all the pieces of s**t investment banks that robbed 3/4 of the f****n world.

Maybe these f****n banks should manage their foreclosed properties a little better. I got one around the corner from me and the grass is f****n 5 ft high!

No relation, but from reading the article, fixing up a foreclosure and renting it out does'nt seem like the worst thing in the world. Was there any physical or finacial harm?, other than paying rent. People get f****d over way worse on a daily basis, with little or no legal consequences. Alls i said, was that the bail seemed excessive.

Paul Salamone is a criminal and he knew exactly what he was doing he is a scammer and he did not give a dam about what he did to his grandfathers apt. and anyone who justifies what he did is a fool.I know because I had him evicted from my fathers apartment
and he destroyed it with porn pic on the wall along with a picture of my mother who was his grandmother who has been deceased for 15yrs. We had the police come to the apt and they could not believe what they saw. The complete destruction and the filth that was left behind.
You can try to justify what was done but it will not hold up.

Yes, there was harm done. These homes went back to the bank and were supposed to be sold to interested parties. Paul Salamone broke into them, practically stole entire houses and collected rent from unsuspecting people to whom he produced phony deeds to purport that he was the owner. And because the bank owned them, they had the right to evict whomever occupied the properties. So, these poor people were paying their rent to someone not entitled and getting kicked out anyway.

First off, how do u know he produced phony deeds? Never says it in the article, and no renter would ask to see it. Sounds like he did the banks a favor by fixing them up, and making them livable, and yes people had to find new homes to rent, but it does'nt constitute 500k CASH bail!
I hope you're not a lawyer, cause i would never want you as counsel

I got as secret for ya, Paul... my house is actually in foreclosure, though it doesn't really look it. Could you round up some gallons of paint, some brushes, some rakes and stuff (you know - the usual bevy of tools needed to put a place in order) and head over here tomorrow morning?
Thanks buddy.

How do I know he had phony documents? I encountered someone who was scammed by this idiot. And, another publication reported that he had phony documents purporting to own the properties. You would be VERY fortunate to have me has counsel. I know this kind of law. The banks did not give him permission to do this work whether it was improving the property or not. The banks wanted to sell the properties, not have him break into them.

Well, if the banks want to sell their properties, they better do a better job maintaining the ones they own, and the s*** load they're about to inherit. Because right now they're doing a lousy job!
