If Jim Mitchell lives in Kane County I suspect he rents as opposed to owns and is not responsible for property taxes. If he pays taxes perhaps the raise in pay he and his colleagues will collect should offset our out wiegh their increased taxes. Either way, not what our communities need to rebound from the bad economy. Perhaps many of the businesses that have closed their doors or continue to struggle would benefit from less taxes allowing additional sales tax to flow into kane county. All you are doing is taking money out of one pocket and placing it in another. Maybe we will see more vacant buildings pop up on Randall Rd. and over grown yards of houses where families once lived. Keep up the good work on taxing your residents to death. Idiots!
