I am glad to see this case finally end in a guilty plea. This has been going on for 7 yrs or more. Thank god for a female solicitor. I was molested and raped by my step-father for 8 yrs but it did not stop there. Then my mother has boyfriends that continued. I am very involved with teens today in hopes of being a confidante and caregiver that this injustice never happens to them. I hope he is someones _______in prison and he feels the molestation that he portrayed on an innocent child. Signed Karma

It is very disturbing to witness how unjust our “justice system” truly is nowadays. I have been following this case closely for 7 years, since the beginning, and am disgusted how a disturbed, troubled teenage girl can so easily manipulate the system by fabricating such a terrible story, her motive obviously being to maneuver the responsibilities of her actions, so that someone else is to blame for the way she lives her life. I understand that there really are disgusting, perverted men and women out there who actually are guilty of things like this, but Mr. Sudduth is definitely NOT one of them. Knowing both parties personally, it is quite easy to see the truth of the matter, but in the eyes of proof, there is no sound evidence either way, just a “he said/she said” situation, which is very sad for Mr. Sudduth. The claims from this girl are outlandish, and the details of her "story" were not forthcoming until after several meetings with the prosecution during the trial period—almost 6 years after the accusations were made. The computer charges were also unjustly handled in that there were several circumstances surrounding this aspect of the case that should have been completely thrown out, including, but not limited to, an insufficient chain of custody. I do feel sympathetic towards the women and girls who have been put through hell in true situations of sexual exploitation, and I find it offensive that some teenagers find it funny or even spiteful to falsely accuse someone of something of this magnitude in order to fill their own selfish voids. I also feel that it is unfair to judge every man who has been accused of this in the same manner, without looking into the complexities of each case. The town in which this case was heard is a corrupt, self-centered place that obviously does not know the meaning of justice, nor do they care to learn. Unfortunately, now an innocent man and his family are suffering, and their lives have been changed forever. Psalm 141:9-10
