Right on cue, 15,000 ducks drop into the Blackstone River as a line of soggy spectators watch from the Blackstone Bike Trail.

Wondering if a list of winners has been published or will be published for this event. If I recall there was to be 50 prizes, yet only the top prize was a announced. I bet most people would like to know that in fact there were 50 winners announced instead of this cloak of secrecy.
