New trial nixed in 1972 murder

The state's highest court yesterday reversed a decision to grant a new trial to a man convicted in the 1972 kidnapping and murder of a 13-year-old boy from North Attleboro. via Worcester Telegram & Gazette

You killed my little cousin...why do you think you should get a new trial...yes the courts may have granted you one but you WILL NEVER get out of jail...you did what you did and now LIVE with it...
