Court officer appeals to public
#1 Feb 21, 2007
Lot's of people never come forward because of the credibility, he said she said, love letters with handwriting expert saying it's his writing, pretty much cuts thru who is credible and who is not. Why won't he speak to the press, if he has nothing to hide?
Now, the question is what do you do with this powerful public official, trial court obviously isn't dealing with him.

Seems to me it's all too easy to destroy a person't reputation and life via the press. Why not wait until the appeals are finished? It doesn't seem clear exactly what the man was alleged to have done wrong. Did she lose a job over this? Did she get fired over this? Did the love letters stop when it was made known they weren't welcome? A very one-sided story. The Sun should've refrained from publishing this story until the other side was ready to comment - after the appeals process hopefully.
