Can't wait to hear the people crying about the burning coal. Town will shut him down for excessive emissions. Bring back the nudie bar.

LOL, always lookin' for tasty pie. LMAO.
It would be nice to see how this works. Anybody know where Angela's is located in Saugus? Anybody try the pizza?
Too bad the jazzwine place went out. It was a nice concept. I liked the atmosphere, but found it a bit pricey.

I don't think i will be able to pay his pizza prices if he owes that much on the property.

It is assessed @ $1.1M... he paid $1.6M - re-assess the property to be the fair market assessment.

What's that now? Doesn't Tyngsboro already have something like 9 pizza places? Can't we get a drugstore?

Go to a town meeting and talk to your selectmen. Kevin likes to talk and talk and talk...... Share your ideas about the type of business you would like to see in town. Who knows, maybe someone will listen.

Maybe now the town can collect its back taxes and reassess so they stop harrassing and threatening the already law abiding overtaxed property owners. Now the Town is hoping someone will step in to get all the revenue for the cars illegally registered in NH. Since they do not know how to get it!

I have to ask. Don't coal burners need to meet certain emission standards? HOw are the other sites doing emission-wise? I certainly wouldn't walk a black plume of smoke over my neighborhood.

This company is running coal fueled restaurants in other towns. They are probably using very low sulphur coal, and stoves equipped with catalytic converters to 'scrub' the exhaust. Its worth looking into.

Their Saugus location is Rte 1 North. Ironically it was a freestanding Papa Gino's just beyond the Kowloon in the same plaza as Fuddrucker's and Midwest Brazilian Grille

He should sell pizza and have the wait staff naked and they can dance on stage while you eat. The best of both worlds.

Was there ever an issue with Matthew's when it was there? Seems that the town was more than happy to bounce them out, but couldn't find anyone to succeed there and keep up with the taxes.

Seems like that spot is not good for restaurants. I don't remember why but didn't a restuarant named Bogey's have to close before the strip club came in (and was succesfull by the way)? And now the restuarant Jazzwine closes.

I wish the new owners luck, but there is a reason the "big" restuarants in town are closed for lunch. I hope they did their research. It would be a shame and waste to see something else fail in that spot.

Bogey's and then Matthews were both owned by Don Dirocco.
Yes, it would be nice to see something successful in that spot.
