I have gone every weekend this year and even in the rain there were still lots of cars. How can you people say that no one goes when you yourself have probably not gone either.

That's your loss. It is by far the best Drive-In still operating in New England. A woncerful playground, snack bar with some variety, and actual grass to park and play on instead of the gravel, rocks , and broken glass at Tri-Town.

I too loved the Tri-Town drive-in, but in recent years it has gotten harder and harder to actually SEE the image on the screen due to the lack of maintenance on their projectors.

sad loss? that place has been and still is a pit that holds absolutely no value any longer. 17 dollars to watch a movie you can't see in venue that is nothing more than a breeding ground for mosquitoes and stupidity. Good riddance. Maybe as a token of good faith, the community should assist in getting that place closed down as soon as possible.
Yet another moron from Beantown miles away from Lunenburg commenting on something he has no clue about. Would rather put up with a few mosquito bites than suck in the the filth you do daily living in city slime, grime 'n crime. Keep your comments to your own geographical area and leave the country lovers alone.

actually you are the moron-locations listed are isp addresses, not where people commenting are located.
And only hicks and midwesterners call Boston beantown.
And you have all the slime, grime and crime you need in Fitchburg, with absolutely none of the benefits of a real city...

Went there as a kid with the family and as a teeneager with friends. And eventually brought my own children there. They loved it, just as I did. Now we will have to travel to Milford NH to the drive ins and it's just not the same, for me. :( Gone but not forgotten all the memories are mine forever.
