Jon Befriends Kate's Bitter Relatives

Jon Gosselin is now allowing Kate Gosselin's estranged brother and sister-in-law visit his children when he has shared custody of their children.

i do not think the relatives are bitter, they look so happy to be back in their lives (from the photos that I saw)
First - Jon was controlled by TLC and that is why he first stated a while back that they were wrong about the exploitation. Jon is right to have the extended family back in their lives. I do hope he continues on this path !! The kids deserve to have real relatives in their lives and not a camera crew that Kate thinks they so love. The only reason the kids liked the crew is because they had nobody else to play with !! shame on Kate
hurray for Jon - I dont care what anyone thinks or what he has done - at least he is going to now surround himself and the kids with family that love them. Because when it is all said and done that is what matters. Not strangers trying to make a buck off of their backs !

Yeah, Kate needs to ask herself why she is so annoying to others that even her own family won't visit. People can bag on Jon all they want, but remove him from the equation and you are left with a woman whose own relatives avoid her like the plague.

Well, go figure that you cant trust people, you yourself could not be trusted with the fragile lives entrusted to you to care for. She LOVES fame and mostly MONEY. I have said all along I do not begrudge any parent trying to make money to feed and shelter their family, but this family took it to a new level. They could have had the world by the a$$ if they had done things the right way. They could have done a few shows per year, put money in the bank, lived in their old house and saved saved saved. The kids would have had some stability and a little novelty of having been on TV when they were kids. Their potty going and bath time and all of those "too intimate moments" and the parents arguments etc etc should never have been aired. They are an example of what NOT TO DO with new found fame and fortune, and TLC will at some point toss Kate aside and she will realize they are not to be trusted as well. It is so sad to me that a family has been destroyed and 8 innocent lives forever changed. Very sad indeed. Personally I think this family should try to fade into obscurity but that won't happen as long as Kate keeps showing up on every "news" show out there. Well, this post has been long enough. I can only conclude by saying that I hope this family can find some peace and happiness someday. But... that is doubtful at this point. Jon needs to focus on being a Dad which we all know he can be) and Kate needs to go to parenting classes and get her children some help dealing with what will come next. Jon is not perfect but at least the kids are not being filmed any longer. In any event, I have gone on too long. I digress - my apologies !

She minimize things like that and claims it is because they don't want to be hounded like she is, but it seems Jodi and Kevin were willing to do that when Jon was there with the kids. Did the interview cover that? I couldn't possibly take a whole hour of K8 in one sitting. She is so repetitive. When anyone asks her anything like if she is exploiting her kids for $$$ or freebies, she goes into the bedrest story and how she never thought of using infertility drugs to have a large family and get a reality tv show or book deals, etc.

She claims now that she couldn't possibly support the kids on a nurse's salary. She has totally lost touch with reality. They still have the old house that has been on the market for almost a year. She could move back to the old house and put the kids in ...wait for it...public school...get rid of some of her extra vehicles and shop like the Duggars. She might have to make some of the Duggar recipes that include non-organic ingredients and cream soups. Oh, the horror!
