It's a pretty good mix of sweet and spicy. Not a thick heavy sauce.

And for the record the ribs have a real good dry rub that many will find good withour any sauce at all.

i have eaten at both places.....not impressed with holy smokes...........jj's will have some competion with cranky's

Just ate at Cranky Franks. Much, Much, Much better than JJ's, but not nearly as good as Brummetts.

It's over by all the hotels in the old Huddle House building. Looks like they have done a lot of remodeling. Looks nice, might have to try it sometime.

Had it one time. The meat was dry and more fat than meat & the potato salad had a very bad mustard-like taste. Not Impressed.
