You are not deprived. The people are. We need as much money in our pockets as possible.

Pass a Flat income tax or a national value added tax and spend within your budget. The people have too many taxes, fees, registrations, tariffs, etc. Every single thing is taxed. Leave the internet alone and stop taxing inheritances and gifts.

Do you want to know why the ultra wealthy keep so much money in tax havens? It's obvious.
The rich can live wherever they want to live. They will take their money out of this American sinking ship and put it where they can keep some of it.

America and the states need to review all the costs a citizen is required to pay and make the charges, fees, tariffs, taxes, better for all citizens.

It would do the governments of states and the feds good to write budgets, then live 20% below those budgets. Find a way to limit government influence over our lives. Bigger government = more costs.

It needs to end.

Food is taxed. Gas is taxed. Telephone is taxed. Cell service is taxed. Internet service is taxed. Everything purchased is taxed. Inheritance is taxed. Income is taxed. Drivers license fees. Registration fees. Hunting license fees for each species hunted. Airplane flights are taxed and fees levied. Insurance is required for cars. Insurance is required for healthcare, cradle to grave(Obamacare). Our God given liberties and freedoms are regulated. Our movements are tracked(requirement to let the government know where you live within 6 months of moving). Facebook tracks and follows what you do. Government regulations require companies to freely give them your information. The Constitution is subverted by legislation. The Patriot Act, Homeland Security Act, and other laws allow your tracking, your home to be searched without warrant, your detention at will, forfeit of your possessions at will by the government.

We are not free in the slightest sense of the word. We have just grown accustomed to our bondage.

In Oklahoma, as in many other states, you are supposed to report purchases that were made outside the state of Oklahoma and pay the sales tax on those purchases. That has been the law for more than 70 years, and yes, it does include purchases over the internet.

michael allred you are a moron. I would say at least 47% of this country is on some type of government aid and the rest of us are paying for it. I know so many people collecting bogus disability that its pitiful.

It's cool that some reporters are telling the truth about this and backing Mitt. Mitt was right not to back down.

Hey, Silver, popped on here to say HI, but I agree. In what was to be a closed meeting, Romney was laying out his campaign stragedy, knowing he would not get the vote of the Obama die hards.

But it was all factual and true and a lot of Americans are saying "Finally! Somebody said it out loud."

I'd like to hear the two minutes of tape the employee of MotherJones deleted....and how much the miserable loser grandson of Jimmy Carter was paid.

No, his father's advice to was 'be bold.' He won't go against what he has said.

I think it's been a bad week for Obama. Mideast murders his admistration let happen while he slept in Vegas, then an apology from him, then blaming it all on some utube video all for the final word to come out today that it was an orchestrated attack by Al Queda (sp?) planned to take place on 9/11. 22 countries calling for death to America abd burning our flags while taking our money; snubbed Netyahu but gave an interview to Miami DJ "Pimp with a Limb", folks resigning from the DOJ over F&F, exposed on video tape as a strong proponent of 'redsitribution of wealth' and the DOJ joining in a lawsuit against Gallup brought on when David Alelrod's suggestion, in April, that they change their polling methods was denied.

You can't make this stuff up, can you?

But I love this one that came out today, kind of under the radar: In 2010 a new federal building was being constructed in Carbondale IL using stimulus funds. The Senator Paul Simon Federal Building. The solar panels for the roof of the building were bought from China for a total of $1.8 million. The contractor hired to install the panels questioned the federal government as to whether it was legal to purchase the Chinese panels with stimulus money and was the query dismissed.

At the same time Solyndra, who got 1/2 billion of stimulus money to build a solar panel company was going bankrupt and also another energy firm, Abound Solar, went down with stimulus money.

So they violated the stimulus funds purchasing regulations.

It's all over the net. Won't see it reported in the MSM though.

Meanwhile Obama cries that his green energy program failed because of unfair competition from China.

You really can't make all that up. So the Dems deny it at every turn.

Sheesh. they say they are the intellectuals but don't have one ounce of moral turpitude.
