Report: Private groups at ISU qualify for pensions
A published report says dozens of employees of private education groups and Special Olympics Illinois are eligible for public pensions because of an Illinois State University decision to label them university employees.

Always assuming that, somehow, the Council doesn't figure out a way to use this as a property tax bleeder, thence to bail out their cost overruns on Upsidaisy Normal, then, more power to ISU and those whom they are helping. In the coming economy, kids, you no have pension at the end of the road, you have refrigerator box under Mill St. bridge....
