How revolting. They look absolutely ridiculous (which I would expect from a man who lives and breathes bicycles).
The Council, headed by Mayor Ninny, are going out of their way to make decent citizens utterly ashamed of this community. If I wasn't a homeowner, I'd move. As it stands, I wish these mouldering old hippies who pretend they run our lives, would get on about the business of decaying and dying. Seriously. Don't they have some pigeons to feed???
...oh, and, uh...if Ninny's so damned friendly to the environment, why is Raw Refuse in the new whoppin' cans indirectly allowed? If you go to the dot-org and read the FAQ, it's only "suggested" that citizens continue to put their garbage in bags.
Photo Op. The man's insecure.
