All the evidense appears to be sinking J. Pelo BUT that is the strategy of the prosecution. I know from experience with a relative of mine that the prosecution WILL hide,misconstrue or minipulate to their advantage. IF they have evidense to the contrairy of guilt they most assuredly will NOT bring it out.
