Hello. My name is Rick and I'm working on getting House Bill 1344 to pass the Virginia General Assembly and I need the help of the Chief Petty Officer Community. Please pass this information on to any US Navy Chief Petty Officer that you know.

House Bill 1344 (HB-1344) is for the creation of a new special license plate in the Commonwealth of Virginia for the US Navy Chief Petty Officer. For more information, please visit the following link:

www.fouledanchor.org/hb1344.php

The General Assembly requires 350 pre-paid registrations before approving a new license plate to be sent to the DMV for production. I, along with ATC(RET) Rubbo in Virginia Beach, am trying to get the required number of pre-registrations in order to get this license plate approved.

www.fouledanchor.org/hb1344.php

An image of the proposed license plate can be found at the fouledanchor.org link as well as registration instructions. My contact information is also available at the site if you have any questions or comments.

Please help the Chief Petty Officer community get this plate approved by spreading the word and applying today!

Thank you for your time.

You are a moron! Why is it that Navy CPO think they are so much better than everyone else. Get off you stoop and realize that all you are is a SNCO that does very little work!!!

Your comment oozes with imaturity and spite. Do you even know the person you are insulting. Grow up and learn some grammer and proper sentence structure while you're at it. Have a nice day!

Kevin, I am right there with you. These Chiefs think they are so important and better than everyone else. I hate living in a Navy community. Talk about people not taking care of each other.

Kevin, Knock, Remove cover, State your business and wait to be invited in. We Chiefs can support a special plate for people like yourself. It would be the Moron plate.

Even though personally I avoid putting anything stating my affililiation with the military (except base decals), that's their business if they want to do it.

VA, especially Norfolk and VA Beach, will always be a Navy community. Deal with it or do an about face and ship out.

It's amazing how he can talk tough behind a computer and insult a CPO he does not know. Had he did that on a ship, he'd be thrown overboard by my boondockers on the seat of his pants.

If that was the case, I have seen guys like that in the Navy come and go. And from what I have seen, most of them have screwed themselves and their career.

I have had the misfortune of working with and being in charge of a department for a government contractor that is primarily staffed by retired military. I have worked at this facility for 22 years. I did a short stint in the Navy when I was in my late teens and early 20's, got out, obtained a college education and moved on with life. I thought that I had left the military behind until I started supervising these bozo retired E7's, 8's and especially E9's. I don't know how many times I have had to call down these egotistical blow hards and bring them to the realization that their chief status means squat in the real world. It is humorous to watch the puzzled look when they realize that in the civilian world, if they try to ram something down someones throat it comes right back at their's-LOL!! People don't jump when they give orders and they have to learn how to deal with normal employee interaction. You idiotic retired chief's are under the illusion that you are gifted leaders when if fact the only thing that you had going for you was being a member of a "he man woman hater's" type secret fraternity which gave you artificial and excessive authority over your subordinates-not leadership ability. Keep jerking each other off as you did in the "chief's mess" while the rest of society laughs at you. No one cares one bit about your cult. I have honed the art of playing with the minds of my subordinate chiefs down to a science and the one thing that you all have in common is membership in a disfunctional cult/culture that you think makes you special. To me it just makes you humorous. Thanks for the entertainment at work-LOL!!

Yes we come and go-to better things pinhead cheif-ROLFAO!! We do our duty, get out and become normal civilians-not part of some cult that thinks that they are annointed with the devine qualities of leadership above and beyond everyone else. In reality, you hooked finger, incorrect grammar speaking, uneducated cheifs have been living a sheltered, false existence in which you admire yourselves beyond any understanding of normal people. I enjoy harassing and degrading cheifs in my workplace-it's sort of a sport which I have become very skilled at-LOL!! They find it so hard to submit to a mere civilian with a college degree and an IQ considerably higher than their double digit ones. Excuse me, I've got another cheif to fuck with-ROLFAO!!

PS-I spelled chief incorrectly on purpose as a sign of disrespect.

I am retired MCPO with a couple of college degrees and I now work in the civilian community. I didn't go into the civilian community thinking I was better than anyone else although I graduated with honors from college. When in the military it was a different world from the civilian community. If you had ever really been a Chief and maybe not just a CPO, you may have understood the difference. I also graduated from the USAF Senior Enlisted Academy and was class Vice President because I turned down the President position out of respect for my Air Force counter part in their own academy. You say you enjoy harassing and degrading chiefs in your workplace. This just shows that you did not learn any management skills in your great college and that your IQ is not as high as you may think. What makes a great organization is totally out of your realm of thinking.
