" Instead she took off driving along Route 3 while the officer was hanging on to her car."
What a dumb a$$ the cop was to hold on to the car. Did he think he could hold the car back? I guess he forgot the radio works faster to call back up, than to hold on to the woman's car while she drove off. What a rocket scientist.

Rhonda King is a raging drunk. I was just a matter of time before something like this happened. As my co-worker and I was reading this article not a single person was even surprised by her raging behavior. She worked in the IT services field which put her on call many nights. Whenever she was called, you could bet your next paycheck that IF she even answered the phone she would be completely trashed. She eventually was fired for making disparenging remarks about Asians. I hope she detoxes over the next 10 years she'll be in prison.

She looks beat'n in this photo as is the realization of her situation has hit home. She has battled alcohol for years and it has costed here a number of jobs. I am sad'nd to see her like this but hope that jail time will force her to clean her up.

Rhonda is smart as a whip. Knows her stuff in the IT field. Everybody is sad to hear that this has happened to her. Most folks have to hit bottom in their addictions to realize they need help. Hopefully she can now get the help she needs. Hang in there sister. Thanks to to the arresting officer for realizing the situation and not resorting to deadly force. He was in his right to do so, we hope your injuries are not long lsting ones.

This is an ugly disease and know that you are not alone. I know you can't see this right now, but this is a Blessing in disguised. God is watching over you. He's kept you all of these years and today you are alive and the officer is alive. That's a Blessing in itself. I do believe today you know that you are powereless over this disease. Serender to your higher power and trust in him.

Quoting uncle Joe, "So much calamity in the world." As for the police officer, I'm sure he wasn't holding on for a joy ride but was probably holding on for his life until he saw a quick moment to break. As for the lady, I won't post any words of encouragement. After all, you don't get access to email in jail, do you? But since she is so technically savvy (according to some) maybe she can find a way to fenagle it. My my my. So much calamity in the world.

You should be ashamed of yourself talking about somebody. I know Rhonda, she is like a second mom to me. Just because she has a little problem doesnt mean she is a bad person. For your information if you dont have nothing nice to say dont say it at all. I bet you wouldnt tell her that to her face. ALL YALL MADE IT UP, WHOEVER HAD SOMETHING SMART TO SAY.

Poor Rhonda that this "happened to her"?????? WHAT? Rhonda did this to herself. She could have killed that police officer or anyone else out on the roads unsuspecting of how lethal she could be. Anyone that truly knows Rhonda knows she will blame the officer, the system, racism, asians, indians, whites, arabs and anyone but herself for this happening. The truth about Rhonda is that a long stay in jail will probably improve her demeanor and make her humble. Both badly needed.

If Rhonda was like a second Mom to you maybe you should have been there for her to be her designated driver. Smart ass.

No one said she was bad, and -yep-she does have a problem but it don't look like it's a little one. It sounds like she's your friend but try taking your emotions off the table for a moment and think about the real seriousness of this. I'm curious, why do you think nobody would say that to her face? You think she might run over their foot or do something worse? You really should watch what you say, because what you just said in defense of her is really making her appear worse and it's not helping her case. Speaking of case, sounds like you would be a good character witness on her behalf, so save some of this when her case goes to trial so that you can make sure the people who really need to hear it do. Hopefully you will come across more credible than you did in this post, and I'll learn how to spell tomorrow 'cause I didn't proofread this but hopefully you'll get my point.
