bruce may have dropped his appeal but he can not drop the criminal issue on his building permit being altered.the law needs to finish their end of the investigation and thats fact.if bruce altered his permit he needs to be prosecuted accordingly.the little town politics does not help him like it did in the past when he was in a position of power....
