The Town of Norfolk's building inspector shut it down-told them that their small building was unsafe. However, an independent engineeer hired by Gumps disagreed, but the owners do not have enough money to fight it. The town was unwilling to help keep the small business in town. I think the Boomerang has an article on it. The town is notorious for keeping businesses out.
