Only in Norco, can a city that is struggling to pay its bills, try to stop a development like this

Only someone who doesn't live in Norco can make the comment shown above. The traffic this would bring to Second Street and Hamner would be horrendous! This intersection is already over flowing with traffic going to RCC (College), the High/Junior Schools and the Naval Base... the morning overflow onto other local streets like Valley View and Third are making difficult to pull out of your own drive way... Adding trucks to the mix would be ridicules... Are there numbers on how many jobs this would bring??
