Any parolee. Do NOT give these animals a second chance at F-ing the public over in any way. Make life miserable for them like they have made life miserable for everyone they come in contact with. They are irreversible in behavior. Don't be scammed by a scammer

people deserve a second chance no one is perfect and if you think you are perfect then you got issues. if you dont give people second chances then what choice do they got then to keep doing illegals stuff and maybe even kill innocent people like you cuz thats the only way they can make money cuz your so evil you cant see from other peoples point of view.

So, this type of crime would not happen if the hospital would not hire ex-felons?

How many teachers, councilman and other non felons commit such crimes?

Unfortunately for ex-felons after paying his or her dept to society they are frowned upon and in many situations not given a fair chance.
As an employer who has hired rehabilitated workers, I found these employees to be dedicated, hard working and thankful for been given the chance.

Maybe an incentive can be given to employers who purposely hire ex felons and or parolees such as a tax break or something else to keep these possible 2nd strikers from doing serious time and going off the deep end.

my husband is an ex felon, about 6 years ago, and it is hard to get a job. he has since turned his life around and is nothing like the way he was before. he paid his debt and was given a second chance. i dont think all ex cons deserve a second chance like molesters and rapist but some do, like my husband. we dont know the circumstances of all criminals, but this guy in the article is one that shouldnt have been given another chance.

Do they also have a policy of not hiring illegals,(or application liars) that they don't enforce? or call a mistake when caught? Oh, but the ABC's run many HR department now... A = Anchor B = Baby C = Children... of the illeterate and barely functional. Oh, and I forgot, Pelosi refers to people like me as un-american. So much for the definition of an American, redefined as the wealth is redistributed. FM all

Do not hire them period. They will make every co-worker's life miserable at work and they will make sure your business getting a lawsuit by your record clearance employee and they will bring a higher cost to your business.
Anyway, they should belong to jails.

People need to remember most ex-felons have families and the families can use the money that a job would provide. It might be an older parent who needs the financial help of a child who was once in prison. Many ex-felons have children and if they can not support these children, then the "welfare system” will. As for the man who committed the sex crime against the minor, the vast majority of ex-felons have never committed a sex crime. Even those ex-felons who commit crimes against do not commit a sex crime.

Fortunately for you, if the government prohibits illegals, previously convicted felons and men from getting hired or promoted, you may eventually have a chance.

I vote republican, I'm a fiscal conservative and the way I see it, if society has made you disabled from participating they should pay you to not participate. However, I'd rather see you get back in the job market so that you can make a better life for yourself, your family and us taxpayers. Regardless, if the taxpayers would rather subsidize you than have you participate in society, cash those checks with no regrets!

Then how would cops, prosecutors, circuit court judges, jailers, corrections officers, parole officers, probation officers, lawyers, and everybody else involved keep their jobs if felons walked the straight and narrow? There is no job security in habilitating cons.
