Two arrested after narcotics found in Chino Hills

Two men were arrested on suspicion of the sales of controlled substances. Joseph Rugeri and David Thorp were arrested about 2:15 p.m. Saturday after San Bernardino County sheriff's deputies from the Chino Hills station served a search warrant at a residence in the 4100 block of Valle Vista Drive.

I know who the other person they could be looking for...his name is Americo Esparza and he was just paroled for selling meth about three months ago.

I live a block away from where this happened. Was there a meth lab there?? Do these creeps have past criminal records? How old were they, were there children at the house? There is a lot of activity on that block. Men standing outside day/night near the street. There are at least 30 kids living on these 2 blocks, we parents would sure like the newspaper to write a REAL STORY instead of just the bare minimum on a back page!! There was a major meth bust on the 4200 block of Valle Vista a few years back. The same druggies are living back at the home now. We need more police patrolling up here!!

Americo Esparza lived on the 4200 block of valle vista in house where previous meth bust was. He is a 2 striker in prision for child molestation & drugs. All the parents in this neighborhood are aware of him because of the Megan's Law Website. He spent every morning for months watching all the kids walk to Los Serranos elementary. As far as i know he is still in state prison. We were so happy to have this convicted CHILD MOLESTER jailed!!!!!

As far as i know he is paroled,last time i saw him he was kind of drunk in front of the Descanso Market only 1 month ago.He is always with another convicted drug dealer,a white guy who is always on a bicycle with his two little dogs following him.

I'm going to check the Megan's law website right now!! Thanks for the tip that this Child Molester is back in the Los Serranos area!! I know the Police are well aware of who/what he is as are all the parents in this neighborhood. They must be as disgusted as you and i are that this MONSTER was let loose yet again!! Its good people like YOU that help keep our kids safe! I will alert the PTA's at Chapparal, Litel & Glenmeade he's back. They will network the info out to parents. If his new address on Megan's website i will post HERE today. His parole officer will be informed he's been loitering drunk outside Descanso Market as will its owners. You were right, they let Americo Esparza OUT! He also uses the alias Americo Villarrel. They list him as a transient but we know somebody in Los Serranos is taking care of this Monster!If you find out who, post the address here. His last known address was 4214 Valle Vista (where drug bust was March 14th a few years ago) This bust sat. afternoon was a couple houses from Pipeline on South side of Valle Vista. We have several child molesters like Americo up here. On Lugo, Avery & Ethel. You can safely post info on anything you see these creeps doing on Megan's website. Go to www.meganslaw.com . Its free, just follow the instructions, then put his name in. The manager at Party Liquor says he's there most every day. Didnt realize he was a PEDOPHILE! On his website at Megans you can safely report & suspicious activity regarding him. If he is living in a house with kids, they are at RISK!!! Thanks again for caring about our neighborhood!!! Oh, 1 more thing, there is a free website for the County of S.B. where you can look up inmates in custody.
