Thats very just and fair to those who may enjoy life a little too much now and then. New Mexico doesn't provide the proper assistance and support for people who overindulge a legal recreational beverage. Instead they act as communists and brainwash every citizen that the drastic measures they take to enforce a law the could easily be monitored by other means is necessary and politically correct. I have lost very close (my brother) people in my life because someone made a mistake, but i'm not the most educated but i learned how to treat another living being with respect and forgive and assist. It's a disgrace how publicized New Mexico treats an issue they make so much money off of and don't provide proper rehabilitation! Greed and hypocracy run vampid in Albuquerque!

Not saying that drinking and driving is right at all, do not attempt to ever think that. The fact is, Its just about money, look at how much they spend to tell you wrong and right, in commercials, news coverage, billboards, vehicle possessing, court fee, lawyer fees, New Mexico is a scam!

There is no reason to have drunk drivers in Albuquerque when they have free taxi rides home. If they could offer that everywhere, DUI rates would be lower but it is not feasible here.
