The owners decided it would be in their best interest to shut it down because of all the complaints they have recieved about it. They walked in in the middle of business & fired all of the employees. Now they are all left without jobs & had no advance warning. They all get their final paychecks on the 5th. Then they are screwed!

they r selling the building. no chance of sonic in nocona anymore. They r tired of all the dopers and can't find any decent help. Maybe if they paid more they could find quality employees. They already hada for sale sign in the yard this afternoon. They have already almost completely gutted the building.

Freaking dopers have messed up alot of things for us in Nocona, I Am not sure but I think that is why Tee Pees shut down??? There is nothing to do here in nocona so I guess sex drugs and alcohol is the in thing to do. crazy azz sh**. Sorry if I seem a little PI&S off it is because I AM. What can we do about it? We lost the fountain in Gibbs too I heard,(just heard not sure if it is true) has Montague County gone crazy do we need to call in the guys in the white coats.
If it is already gutted ect.. the owner had this planed for a while why the hell didnt he give warning?

I was just in Gibbs the other day & the fountain is gone again. It was planned to shut the Sonic down, but they didn't want everybody to quit before they shut it down, so they just walk in during business & shut it down without notice. We came into Nocona Sat @ 1 & sonic was open. Came back through town @ 3:30 & all the menus, etc were already gone. The supervisor was there loading it all into a trailer!

I got food poisoning at the Nocona Sonic several years ago and have never been back to any Sonic. Sorry for all the employees who lost their job, but if one will take pride in their work things like this wouldn't happen. As a business owner, sounds to me like the Sonic owners were poor at running their business (Hiring dopers to run their establishment) If the laws were a lot more stiff on dope then maybe things would change.

We eat at the Bowie Sonic quite alot and always liked it.

the bowie sonic is pretty good. Also Henrietta has a decent sonic. The manager is really nice & willing to fix any of their screw ups!

I tried to eat at the Henrietta Sonic and their service was very slow. One time all I ordered was a drink and sat for 10 minutes then left. Another time was a meal and it was wrong. When you order something to go and get down the road, then find out it wrong it really make one mad.

That would be why I always check my food before I leave any restaurant! I don't care if it is sonic, DQ, McDonalds or even Chili's. I always check to make sure it is right to avoid gettin home with screwed up food!
