Next time a cop will think of his life before harassing a innocent civilian over a brake light!

Doesn't Fortville have the reputation of harassing people passing through?

They really hate black people there and love getting them when they can. Then they try to take a little brown sugar from the women.

maybe think what could of happened Had officer Fox not stopped him for a brake light. Maybe used all that ammo to shootout another movie theater or a house and a lot more innocent people would be dead! Officer Fox did his job and did it well and now that man can never hurt another innocent soul! Thank you officer Fox and all the other officers out there. You are appreciated even if there is a few dirtbags out there who have nothing better to do with their time because they are stuck at home on house arrest or can't drive because there license got taken away because they are the lowest of the low life's. YOU OFFICERS ARE APPRECIATED!!!

The person who was shot, grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth, not what most people think. I feel bad for the mother who lost her son and the siblings who lost their brother. I feel sorry for the police officer who was shot and the K9. This was a no win situation. The suspect had everything at one time, too bad for all involved. Too bad he did not make better choices, at one time worked for a doctor. So Sad

Excuse me, over a brake light. A police officer shot, a mom without a son, siblings without a brother. This young man had everything and threw it in the trash. He had a great job at a pharmacy in a doctors office, and he chose to shoot a police officer. I don't always believe in what officers do, but this young man came from a good family and messed up big time.

You are a real idiot!! Brake light or not, the guy had a cooler full of dope and SEVERAL guns in his trunk!! He shot at officers while hiding in neighborhoods where people should feel safe in their homes. He had no compassion for anyone around him will attempting to go on what appeared to be a killing spree!

why does it matter now? the dead no longer speak. the cop has a shattered life right now, and people who have an opinion are lamblasted by those who feel that they are always right.

Anyone that has been pulled over by Fox knows the attitude he presents and how he comes across. Hopefully, that was not the spark that ignited this tragedy.

What was a Fortville police office doing at 79yh and caroll rd? Also, the guys tailights clearly worked.. The lens was busted, but the tail light worked.. you can see that from the dashcam.. I do feel bad for the office for being shot, and yes this man needed to be killed, or put in jail for attempting to kill this officer, but getting pulled over for a cracked tailigh lens is so petty.. Also, after someone attempts to run from you wouldn't you have your gun drawn the second they pull over in case they do get out of the car and start shooting?! I see mutiple flaws with what the officer did, but granted nothing worth getting shot at for.. I do believe it is time for the Fortville PD to stop harassing.. Isnt this the officer that had the article about him pulling over so many people? Then the man wonders why he is so hated... However, I do hope and pray for a speedy recovery for him, and I am happy things did not turn out worse. By the way.. Is it true no bullets even penetrated the skin of Fox?
