It is time Mayor Dave Casebolt revealed who offered the $6,000 to him if he fired the former Chief.

Mayor Casebolt you are so BIG on TRANSPARENCY then tell the people who made this offer and make your and their financial records available to ensure no money changed hands.

The people have a right to know.

Because this would not be the first time you have used your position for gain. Castaways was one of the first things you did that questions ethical guidelines.

So, who was it Mayor. We are all waiting to hear.

They are not the only ones who care about it.

I guess they are just as pathetic as those who attacked Chief Jordan and his family.

LMAO turn about is only fair play.

But in this case Dave Casebolt admitted that he was offered $6,000. I agree that people have a right to know more about this. Who is to say he didn't take the money.

His word is not to be taken at face value. He has lied before.

No more so than the unsubstantiated rants by the Casebolt supporters against the Jordan family.

The only difference is that the ones against Casebolt are not unsubstantiated. He actually confirmed being offered the $6,000. He was the one who got the video lottery in Castaways Bar.

And before anyone says he created an ordinance that prevented gambling from other establishments because of HIS ordinance. You are flat out incorrect.

The ordinance before Dave Casebolt took any action was that no new video lottery or gambling could move in 3,000 foot door to door. Between any church and the new establishment.

This 3,000 rule kept Castaways from being able to have video lottery. There was a new ordinance that was created by Dave Casebolt for 6,000. But before that went into effect there was a 2 week exemption of this rule that allowed Castaways to get their video slots.

This was an action taken solely for one business, Castaways to get video lottery in their bar. This was done by Dave Casebolt. All one needs to do is read the minutes and the ordinance before and after.

Dave Casebolt is a proven liar.

Wouldn't have the city council had to vote on this issue for it to have pass? Just a thought and you don't have to answer because we have all grown tired of you and what you stand for!

They did vote for it. But they were convinced by Dave Casebolt.

Why would they have to take an ordinance that already kept any new video slots machines to come into town have to have a new ordinance. But before the new ordinance went into effect had a exemption period of two weeks.

In that two weeks Castaways was legally able to get their video slots. All this for one business to get around the law.

And on the word of a man against the expansion of gambling.

Dave Casebolt is a known and proven liar.
