How long before Willow Road becomes another Tefft Street? If the same boneheads who screwed up Tefft are in charge, you can bet your paycheck that plans are already in the works to pay the landowner back for the Willow Road easement with stores and probably the few hundred homes he has been wanting to build. By the way, I am not anti-growth. I just believe it should be done in a way that protects our unique environment and our ability to move about with the least amount of congested traffic. The Willow Road extension passes through some unique areas that deserve a more regulated approach to development, not the obviously dollar driven approach used to make Tefft Street the nightmare that it is.

Well, the Tefft Street mess is because of development around an old horsepath, with lack of building codes long ago! Lol - the new thruway seems to be wide, modern and up to date. Yes, there will be development there, so showing up at planning meetings would be advised!
