We could make you the honoree then drop the real Santa a note and see if he could make it then have Roscoe play the elf and his lil buddy's play the clowns...But make him put his ticket book up just in case the parade attendees didn't stop all the way at those $150 dollar stop signs. and I promise you if I drive anything in the parade I will stop at them all

now we need to make sure the all the animals stop at the stop signs too. Roscoe would be pooping in his pants from the excitement of writing all those tickets. hmmm, I might be on to something here, if he could write tickets for the unsupervised animals and make the city money ..... wait a minute, that IS his job, never mind, he won't do it.
