When an animal is irredeemably vicious, we kill it. Why not a speedy death for this animal too? He'll likely join all the others draining the taxpayer's purse. Why should good, honest, working people feed and care for a thing that should be exterminated?

It doesn't seem right that someone's rights under the SC State Constitution can be ignored in order to invade their privacy. If this were the case, it seems we could just do away with our state constitution and only depend on the U.S. constitution to protect our civil liberties and individual rights.
