You have come a very long way since playing at our house at 1155 Milwaukee Ave. at Haddon. Charlie Braugham on drums, Steve Gocel on bass and a small group of friends enjoying a Sunday afternoon filled with music. Your trio of Wright Jr. College friends, my two buddies from nearby Wells High have been a pleasure to watch your careers grow. That apartment above the the music store is gone as well as our old neighborhood. Due to the JFK EXPWY & Urban Renewal we had to move twice. Now when I return to visit our daughter who lives on Division St. I smile at the absurdity of the changes due to the Yuppification of the old working class hood. The many memories you bring to all of us who have enjoyed bringing our dates to your gigs and you being gracious enough to acknowledge our presents makes you a star to keep close to our hearts. It was so great to see your album at a music store in the Galleria in Dallas. It made my wife and I smile and reflect to all the sweet times you brought us when we were back in Chicago. Good luck in Phoenix. Throw an Italian Beef sandwich as you fly over Dallas. We miss them too. Love ya, Thomas and Mary Ellen Terlikowski
