This is not right, Kyle is my cousin and he's a good guy. He doesn't deserve to spend the rest of his life in prison. I feel that he should serve some time but to pin him with murder is ridiculous. Manslaughter is more understandable, but 2d degree murder is way to harsh for this situation. I love him and am behind him no matter what and hopefully we can convince someone to appeal this trail.

I do not agree with you both,I know Kyle way better than you both, I worked along with him and his father Steve Grider at SSS Fence on OKC and I know Kyle is a bully big time, I mean I think he learned from his father,Steve is the biggest jerk bully I've ever met in my 63 years just ask James Tillman, James worked with us too. Plus Steve is a big dope head too just ask Darnel, Steve's lap dog, Darnel gets dope for Steve all the time. hey the apple never falls far from the tree.

I still think my cousin should not have to serve the rest of his life in prison, our family loves him and we're still going to stick next to him no matter what

What about the officers family, dont you think that they loved him. What about his 8 year old child and his 5 month old baby? Nobody made Kyle run he could have stopped at anytime. I hope he burns in hell!

wow burn in hell really, he has kids to.... you are making judging someone that you dont even know....And to let you know if you have never been a drug addict you dont understand the effects it has on your mind........ Meth is evil it will litterally almost steal your soul....he made a mistake and he should pay for it and he already is but should he really burn in hell he is only human, he did not put a gun to the mans head and pull the trigger...it was not in cold blood. it was an accident, and when you become a police officer you take that chance......yes kyle actions did have something to do with the officers death and he should have to pay for the mistakes he has made but he is not a cold blooded killer........and never has been..so think and say what you want.....this could happen to anyone at anytime, when you have to much to drink and drive home you put yourself in a sitauation for and accident like this to happen...so think before you judge............

I am sorry that Kyle made the choices he did, however, he did wrong and will pay for the choices he made. As far as the safety equipment in Officer Dragus' car not deploying, it would not have been an issue if Kyle had not have run. Everyone looses in this instance. While the pursuit laws are not the best, bad things would not happen if people did not run from the law, which puts other people's lives in jeopardy. Every action causes a reaction. I pray for all families involved.

Wow, Seriously? The police officer didn't know when to stop? You can actually see no wrong in what Kyle did and this was the officers fault? I'm sorry that all of the kids have to live without their dads. They are the ones to suffer. Officer was doing his job and trying to protect other people on the street and to recover stolen property. To protect and serve....that's what officers do. You can blame in on the meth, Kyle's dad teaching him bad things...whatever. Kyle made the decision to do meth, Kyle made the decision to steel the bike and it was KYLE who made the decision to not be a man and own up to his mistakes by pulling over when the cops found him. And now it is KYLE who has to pay for his actions. Yes, but here in Oklahoma Cops are looked at as Kings and Priest. Oklahoma's finest? What about nurses ,carpenters, plumbers etc. All predominantly Republican states worship Police Hence a POLCE STATE. Whatever happened to the lady in Mustang whose house was illegally raided by swat? She should sue all of them individuaaly and the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics. This happened 6 weeks ago and I have'nt heard a thing since. Wise up Oklahoma DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY!

accidents happen...bad judgement happens....and mistakes happen....these things are what makes us human, nobody is perfect. if kyle would have known the out come of his bad judgement i believe he would have stopped. if officer dragus would have known the out-come he may not have pursued him. we can put the blame on all kinds of factors that play in this situation, but the facts are that everyone lost. i also believe that because a police officer passed is reason for the stiff sentence. the okc police, detectives, secret service and all the other agencys involved went way overboard with all the arrests and charges filed. god bless kyle and keep him well. god bless dragus's family as well....

The step-grandmother uses daily and increases her amount when she has your son. How are going to feel when she causes an accident and kills your son and innocent bystanders. Whats done is done with Kyle however you can still save your son from even more heartach. Take an active interest and do something proactive instead of reactive.

kyle doesn't deserve 70 year's... he is a good guy,a father too! a police officer you take on dutie's , and as a police officer you put your life on the line. yes we both made bad judement that night , but we did not mean or want that to happen. im the one that told kyle to go . when i seen officer dragus turn around , i started yelling to kyle to go go go. i was 16 when kyle and i got into that high speed chase, im 20 now. i served my time which was a un-harsher sentence than kyle recieved, 2 and half years.. thats nothing compared to what kyle got. we didnt mean for anybody to get hurt. but as a police officer when you are in a sitation like that and you are told to pull back , stop goin after your suspect , especially when he/she are reaching high speeds like kyle and i were reaching that night ,seriously i understand we were the one's breaking the law , but a drunk driver runs a red light and pulls out in front of a cop doesnt get charged there's something wrong. so you mean to tell me its the middle of the night on northwest expry. that truck driver didnt see the cop lights? kyle didnt get a fair trial, and any person in their right mind would know that kyle deserve's another trail. im sorry for the lose of your husband, son ,brother father dragus family.. as people we make mistake's and bein under the influence of drugs can trigger with one's mind, but kyle is a great guy , friend , father , and son and i truly wish you all knew kyle. kyle buddie, im truly sorry and i love you and your in my prayers everyday.
