A $1 million earmark recently secured by U.S. Rep. Chris Carney, D-Dimock, may reduce user fees for a $6.8 million sewer project in Nicholson Borough. via New Age Examiner

Do we really need a Central Sewer system, when the borough can't even deliver drinkable water? Not to mention another 60 bucks a month! Why is that even needed, how about we work on something like restoring the store front on Main Street, or refacing the bridge?
