The Hudson group is a great company the new management has really turned this store around as of this post the store has 54 units out for the month .. More than double any recent month at the half way mark .... Also I will add the employees there are of very high skill and are very respectable people

The fact is, not one single dealer on Nicholasville road can be classified as honest.

Look at Wildcat Ford. How many changes in management have you seen there? Let's just say, "a lot" and leave it at that.

Dodge on Nicholasville didn't sell the Nissan franchise. Nissan took it away from those crooks. And "crooks" is a kind word for those thieves. Not one in their right mind would ever think about buying a car there.

Hudson Nissan does have some problems. But for the most part, they are being handled by people who do care.

Sure, the sales manager there is incompetent.

But deep down, he can't help being ignorant, incompetent and uneducated. This is all he can do.

Remember that all sales managers learned their job from people who were fired. That's how they moved up in the car business.

If you really want to see some trash, go to Champion Preferred. Ask Tony there about his driving record. And Warren at Champion will tell you how much he loves Jesus in one breath and call you a MF in the next.

Car Town Kia does a lot of volume, but if we could all see the "satisfaction surveys" of customers who buy from these dealers...kinda like the health department numbers on restaurants...we would run like hell.

Most of the car dealers on Nicholasville road hire felons. Most of the sales people have an arrest record that would make you not want to have them along on your next test drive.

But, consider this, the average car sales person sells 10-12 deals a month. Some may sell 18-20 deals a month, but that is the exception.

If the car deal does not make more than $400, the sales person will get $100.

So if you sell 10-12 deals a month, on the average, a salesperson will earn about 8-12 hundred per month.

YES, the average sales person could earn more working full time at McDonald's.

Think about this for a moment...the average customer comes to the dealer. Their car is worth about $3,500. They owe $8,000. Their credit is poor and the only reason it's poor is because they don't pay their bills.

They paid nothing down on their previous car. They financed the taxes, the title, and the plate. Their payment is $400 per month.

Now, with bad credit, the same person wants to trade in their vehicle and roll their negative equity into their new car loan. So they are starting out, in debt,$4,500.

The same customer wants to buy a $18,000 car, roll in their $4,500 of negative equity. Add to that their tax, title, and plate...plus they want their payment to stay the same.

You may think I'm joking but it happens every day.

Then, after the sales person spends five hours with this dead beat customer, finance tells the sales person they can't get any bank to buy their loan. The sales person tells the customer and gets cussed at and the customer walks out.

The sales person just worked five hours and earned no money.

Add to that the fact that when the sales person sells a car, if they make more than $400 on the deal, the sales person gets 25% and the dealer gets 75%.

Out of each sale the dealer must pay the sales person, the sales manager, the general manager, the finance manager, who also gets paid to sell you warranty and gap, plus the people in internet must get paid. In addition, their is an office staff at each dealer who sell nothing but must be paid. These people answer the phone, handle documents, do human resources, and payroll.

So, the next time you cowardly sit behind your computer and draw your SSI, and call a sales person a crook, think first.

Yes, there are a lot of crooks selling cars. But there are a lot of dead beats wasting people's time trying to buy cars too.

The next time you go to a dealer, ask the sales person how many cars they have sold this month. Ask them if their goal is to sell you a car.

Listen to their answer and never, I SAID NEVER buy a car until you go home and cool down.

Let your emotions clear up and demand a car fax, don't accept auto check, if you buy used.

If you want to experience what a truly good dealer is and how you should be treated, go to Toyota on Nicholasville. If you have an opportunity, work with a females sales person. You will leave happy.

Actually, I left the car business about two years ago and now I'm a manager at McDonald's.

It pays better, there's a lot less hassle, and I have more time off.

Almost daily I talk to people in the car business and there's nothing new. It's always the same feces, just different faces.

I am curious why someone with "qualified buyers" would offer to pass them on, and how you know they are qualified?

Sounds real fishy to me.

Well as I said. My late father was a car dealer...I was raised in the business (started switchboard at 14, title-clerk in the summers, sales secretary through college, now I have gone on to my own business). However, my fathers name was well known and respected in the "old days" and people often ask who I would recommend. I've even gone with several friends to help assist in the hassle of purchasing a new vehicle. Nothing fishy - you just seemed to have a big picture perspective and it was actually a compliment.

I am a liar and obviously I am a disgruntled employee who was fired for stealing and dishonesty. That is why I am lying about all of these dealerships and now serve people at McDonald's. I make more at Mcdonalds because I was the worlds shittyest salesman.

Thank You

DO YOU HONESTLY BELIEVE "MOE A" IS MY REAL NAME?
THE INBRED PEOPLE IN YOUR FAMILY MAY BE IGNORANT ENOUGH TO POST WITH THEIR REAL NAME, BUT THE NAME I USE ON TOPIX IS A FAKE NAME!
AND I DIDN'T WORK FOR CHRYSLER ON NICHOLASVILLE IN JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH OR ANY OTHER TIME THIS YEAR.
TRY TO PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR IGNORANT ASS!
AND YOU NEED TO LEARN TO TELL THE TRUTH, OBVIOUSLY IT WILL BE A NEW EXPERIENCE FOR YOU.
