Has anyone tried both disposable and cloth diapers? If so, which ones did you like most? Our little girl is due in May and I think cloth might irritate her skin less, but I am not sure. Help please.

My fiancÚ and I both have super sensitive skin is why I am considering it. Not to say that means she will, but my mom used cloth diapers on all three of us and swears by them. Your post was very helpful, thank you so much! And thanks for the congrats, we are both extremely excited!

I think the secret to preventing diaper rash, and skin irritation is putting some diaper rash cream on the baby's bottom every single time you change her diaper. Not the yellow diaper rash cream, the white kind... I can't think of the name of it right now. I did this with my first child, and we never had any skin problems. It prevents skin problems. I have a daughter due in May too.

And I think you should use pampers swaddlers in the beginning, then when she's older you can switch to luvs, which are less expensive, but they still work. Huggies, and store brand diapers always leaked for me, and I think cloth diapers are a pain.
