They will look it up in the computer and the only thing it will say is "NO INSURANCE". He was given CITATION for the loitering. Let me educate you:<quoted text>I Have Been Reading This Topic For A Few Day's Now And I Never Thought I would Ever Find Myself Posting On It. But Here Goes. Jessamineonline.com .Maybe You SHOULD READ IT. It Says Payton Is Scheduled to Appear In Court On June 25 on The Loitering Charge . So I Do Not Think That You Have All Your Facts Unless They Are Wrong To. It Looks Like To Me Anyone That Disagrees With Some Of You That You Are On A Witch Hunt.

"violation" defined means "misdemeanor". He was arrested for "no insurance"-not the loitering. The loitering will be a payable fine-it is a misdemeanor. Now the no insurance charge is a different story. That is what he is going to court for. He may answer to the loitering charge at the same time, but he is actually going to court to answer to the charges of "No Insurance"
I do know what I am talking about. Call the detention center, and when you get your answer-then come back in here and we'll talk about it again, Crazy Town...
