What I would like to know is, if the company is so good to work for and such a great place, how do the employees have time to get on facebook? i mean come on. Don't you think that the company along with every other company, would put a stop to that. Oh wait, that must be why they are so "great" to work for.

Everybody who posted stupid stuff on facebook is in big trouble. They are supposed to do that stuff on their breaks, which they have not done, and they are being censured for it. I'd sure like to know where you are getting your information anyway. Cellphones have now been banned facility-wide. So there!! It is a great place to work, and I wouldn't work anywhere else just now. Young people seem to always find a way to be sneaky, but there will be no more facebook postings from Thomson-Hood. That, my friends, is final!

Really? well maybe the company should pay more attention to the employees, because it is obvious that the employees have more time on their hands than their "breaks". Or they wouldn't hvae time to sit and play games and so forth on their facebook page. My information is VERY much so correct. I know an emplyee that works there and it shows on their facebook page, what time they play the games and so forth. It isn't a young person either. Evidentally the cell phones haven't been banned UNLESS it has been done so within the last week or so. It may be a good place to work I never said it wasn't. So why are you coming out so jumpy?

Responsible RN, you think you have a good handle over your facility, think again!! No one there respects you therefore they don't follow your rules. No cell phones. Don't make me laugh. All night long and after management leaves how do you know what they r doing? I read u wouldn't work any where right now. R u thinking about leaving any time soon!

If only you were mature enough to understand the comment, it is all about respect in the management staff there. The topic was cell phones. But the way the employees get treated, there by management, it could be cell phones, work, attendance you name it. The management staff will be undermined b/c they lost the respect of their employees 2-3 years ago. They lost all the good employees as well. Mental evaluation?????? Have u ever worked there or r the person I am referring to!!!!!! Sorry if it hurts!!!!

I not talking about night shift RN house charge as u not respecting her. I know her and I respect her. I talking about RN in upper management. I don't even know what was put on face book. I am not commenting about face book I just saying management period. If anyone that is not in management says u respect the ADON's and above then u lied to me when I was out there. I talking 1st, 2nd 3rd shift. I not sure who is still out there. I know alot of people left. But, maybe it changed but I don't see that until management leaves. Hope all the best!

I said I would not work anywhere else, how is that confusing for you? And, the cells were banned in the last week or so, that is correct. And, I don't have a good handle over the facility, but I have a good handle on my assistive personnel, and they respect me. Have a blessed day!

Please, This is what I talking about u can't tell the truth if it hit u in the face. That is the way management has been for 2-3 years now. Please read your above statement. "It is a great place to work , and I wouldn't work anywhere else JUST NOW"!!! So, I wrote r U thinking about leaving any time soon. LOL This is how management does they say one thing and either can't remember or switch what they did say totally around. Does anyone else see this? You have handle on your assistance's b/c they lie and follow in your shoes. You say God Bless me! You the one that has to face the Lord one day and peoples license and lives is not something to play around with. I know it may be easy for u to sleep b/c u don't care, but there will be a judgment day.

Let me tell you something, person who wants a fight, I am not management, and if I told you my name, I would have 100 NASRs backing me up. They love me because I am fair and honest and I take up for my people. You, however, need to drop to your knees and pray for patience and understanding. I sleep very well, in relation to my license, and I help my aides hang on to theirs. I have gone to the ADN and the DON to protect my people. So, put that in your proverbial pipe and smoke it, Crabby McCrabbyton.

Oh, and by the way, on Judgement Day, you can talk to St. Peter about how mean you are to people, because, as you seem to know, Christian Person, the Bible states we have to account for ourselves on the Day of Judgement. You might wanna get your pen out now and start writing, because you are condemning me without a trial. As the Bible also says, you might want to yank that plank out of your eye before you look for my splinter!

Well, your not the person I thought I was talking to. U r obviously new. There wasn't an RN there that would go the ADON or DON to protect anybody. The reason was that is who the RN's on the floor needed to protect the aids from. Believe me the SRNA's u r talking about r new too. I have over 100 SRNA that left b/c of scared to come in there b/c they would be in laundry for no reason or was treated so bad and nurses too. You r right about one thing. My comments I made was not to you. You must be a Nurse manager or house charge. But I know u are fairly new. Anybody that has been there over 2 years knows who and what I am talking about. Sorry, if I offended u, I am not a bad person, just know what happened in the past, but I can tell u know nothing. I hope the best for u.

I was also a person who stood up for the workers. Thats why I feel the way I feel. Believe me I know how hard the nurses and aids work there. So, the way I read your comments you was management.(upper management). I hope all has changed, but I hope you never understand why I have hard feelings. Again, you not who the comments was made too.
