Why do all this work if your just going to let them go when you do catch them?

I'm not a super critical person, and usually let many, many things slide. However, this article floored me. First of all Xanax, not zanex the way the "author" spelled it is not a pain medication. Secondly, it's heroin not heroine. One would think an editor would have been present, apparently not. Then again, if this is the worst thing I read today I guess things are not that bad. Sorry 'bout the rant, lol.

Heroin will flood the streets if and when the police get a handle on the rx pain medications unless we combat the problem of addiction. Oxycontin is nothing more than synthetic heroin. God Love Big Pharma & the agenda of pushing that these drugs are not addictive. ugghh

This article was poorly written and on a sarcastic note it apprears the journal is really going above and beyond to write a thought provoking article that might cause people to think about getting into the solution instead of bitching about the problem....NOT :)

Ha Ha I noticed as well. You would be surprised at the typos in the printed newspaper as well. The newspaper here had an ariticle one time about swimming in public pools or something forgot exactly but they spelled public as PUBIC! They make errors on a daily basis. Do they NOT have spellcheck?? crazy!

They round them all up once a year put their names in The Jessamine Journal. They get them in court and put them on probation and turn them loose. The next year they do the same thing all over again. They call it a War on Drugs. Looks more like a side show to me doesnt resemble a war at all. If you think the reporter was bad you should see the judges doing their jobs. Oh wait you cant. They dont do their jobs. Fluff is all it is. Hot air

Then the ones who actually DO get prison time, are sent to prison to overcrowd the prison system even more, than they hold the drug offenders and let dangerous sexual predators and psychopaths back on the street because there isint enough room to house them all.......... It is sickening........

The "war on drugs" is bullshit and has been a failure from the start!

Come on now it's not that complicated to figure this out. It's not really a war on drugs. It's a cash cow. If they don't let them go who's going to pay all the court costs, fines and penalty's. How would the doctor's and lawyers pay for there there life styles. How would the pharmacy's stay open. Big drug company's would go out of business. Remember this ever pill on the street started with a prescription pad in a doctors office. 20% of the country's gross national product is medical related. Hey with out the junkies out there the whole economy would shut down. The courts doing you a favor by letting them out or maybe there just looking out for them self's I mean with out junkie's they wouldn't have a job and that would mean more people on welfare food stamps and you know how we hate people on food stamps. So they next time you see a drug deal going down stop and think them for the contribution they are making to society.

Well that's no big surprise hell I could of wrote this article. What pisses me off is that the police arrest them and then turn them loose, what's the point? This one woman in particular (won't mention name) has commuted armed robbery, wa caught with counterfeit money, heroin, and sh was found knocked out with needles all around her while her little boy was locked in a dog cage as collateral for her drug dealer. Where is she now, free. The police should worry more about drugs and less about the petty crap they get ppl for

Duh your an idiot , drugs should be legal , cops should worry about murder , rape , robbery ,violent crimes and what not . Our jails are filled with non violent drug offenders. and thats a huge problem . to all you cops out there go do some real work .

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Taurus

Loved ones are hard to handle today because they refuse to do what you ask. It's a very trying experience but there doesn't seem to be much you can do about it. You might also see a new side to a certain person now, perhaps when they talk about something that's very important to them which you knew nothing about until now.
