I'm currently working there. It's not a bad place to work long as you show up and do a good job. When did you submit your application? What's your name? I'll see if I can put in a good word for you if you like. I know it's hard to find a job these days in an economy on a downhill spiral.=)

The owner (Shawn Claggett) will make you go to his house and work on the clock, if you have any kind of trade expericence at all. If you're and electrician or plumber, or if you can run a backhoe, he'll have you digging his pond for wages. Beware.... He goes to church, but a Christian? I have my doubts. I don't know how he lays down to sleep at night... I hope he gets whats coming to him one of these days.

Shawn C. is not the owner of sky unlimited. His dad just lets him run it. I guess he will be when Jim dies. His mother is a piece of work too. They will use you and abuse you until you try to stand up for yourself and then turn against you. Watch out for them. They wil video you and bug your work stations to spy on you! Shawn will even follow you around to see what you are doing if you leave work early or have to take a day off. He dosen't care about family emergencies because his Mother and Father never took time out for their kids. Tracy and Todd too.

The company is as crooked as this health care bill. The company skims on young kids and pays them more then adults just because you dont have to pay a kids health insurence. they fired everyone who was experienced and being paid raised wages and hired temps to do the former employees jobs. The art director wes doesnt know what he is talking about and the floor managers are good managers.. lazy and know it all

It could be that the co. is in finacial trouble and they are just tring to save their buts. But wait they've always been like that. They think they are smart and nobody knows what they are up to, but their not. they are sneaky and nosy and have to try and control everyone like puppets. What goes around comes around and they will get theirs!

I worked there, all of 3mnths maybe. That place is a prision. You have to sit in your corner and you cant even talk to the person next to you (even if u dont look at them) for fear that you might lose speed! They care NOTHING for their employees. I liked woody as a person but HATED him with a passion as a manager. He acts like a drill sargent. And yes they hire kids straight out of highschool and pay them better than the women who have been working there for years! Thats just crazy and disrespectful! I know a woman who works there well she had to take a leave for some personal things involving her child, woody called her during her leave and MADE her come back to work. He threatened if she didnt come in she wouldnt have a job. How pathetic, dont give someone leave and then take it back!

They dont care at ALL for their workers. Honestly if they worked with animals they would get animal cruelty, but people arent treated as nice as animals haha. I worked the napkin press and they made me work the machine THEIR way, even though I was faster the way I was doing it (and there was no danger in the difference) they still told me I had to do it their way! The only time your allowed to stand up is breaks and to get your supplies, which is crazy, not to mention being one of the highschoolers who came in making more than the adults u get treated like crap frm the employees. If I hadnt known a mother of one of my friends there I would have had the stink eye day in and day out (I watched others get it) not to mention sexual harrassment. It got so bad at one point I told woody and he did nothing so I had to end up having my boyfriend at the time take care of the situation because it was out of hand. Man I didnt work there long but I could go on and on about that place! Those woman who work there are fabulous! They take more crap than they should just to provide for their families! I can remember when one of the women in the art "section" made the order for I think 4000 napkins, I finished them on time only to be told that she had messed the color up and they had to be redone (oh they threw away the 4000 I already did talk about enviromentally friendly LOL) I had to stay late to redo the napkins that I had not messed up! I didnt even get so much as a thank you!

For the owners/managers you guys need to step up and realize these are people with lives and families, just like you! Your no better than them and honestly they are better than you for taking all the crap they take with a smile on their face! Good luck to all who work there!

You are so right former employee. they turn their heads on anything that could cause them trouble. They think they get away with it, but they have a suprise coming. Not everyone will take it . I know I'm not. Just getting all my facts before I act. This is one case they won't be able to sweep under the rug.

Shawn thinks he is above everybody. In my opinion, he is just a spoiled rotten, always had everything his little heart desires, momma's boy...
and one of these days, when what goes around comes around, Big Bird, will get his too... If not in this life, the maybe the next...Maybe God will have the same mercy for him, he has had for everyone else that has worked for him...NONE!!!!

so heres the thing- woody has his pets- nick, angie, emilie, tina, katie, melissa, both brendas, and shirley, every one else can got to hell in his book. those npeeps get by with everything and the rest of the people there are treated like crap. i think that that place will go under one day especially if sean clagget is running it. when his dad ran it they always had work and and worked over time every week, now u are lucky to get 50 hrs a week. sky unlimited sucks big donkey d*ck!
sorry for him

I'm a former employee and I feel sorry for all of the former employee's and present one's too. They have let alot of people go, either by firng or pushing them to quit. Shawn is and was too inmature to run the co.. He tried to be in control of everyone, but didn't earn the respect of the older employees because he is and was too young. There were a few older employees that just let it roll off their backs because they knew they were not going to be there that long, so I think he hires younger people to try and get that respect. You have to earn repect no matter how old you or your employees are. He's a bully if you let him be, but be respectful to him and maybe one day he will learn this before it's too late.

I feel sorry for Shawn because his Dad let him try to run the co. when he was too young to be doing so. He wanted to control everyone and everything without regard of respect or welfare for his employees. Respect has to be earned no matter what if you don't have respect for each other you have nothing. I hope he learns this before it's too late, but he probaly didn't have alot of good examples growing up. He had everything handed to him and doesn't know how to really earn anything that matters. Like love, respect, and honor. Hope he realizes it before it's too late.

I was hired on a wednesday & was to start work there to work on the following Monday doing maintenance on the bldg & equipiment.
I called on Friday to clarify what tools I needed to bring & what tools they would supply. I was told..."Oh, I was meaning to call you. We have hired someone that one of the mgrs recommended so we don't need you now." Since I hadn't called them until after 2:00, I also feel that they would have let me show up on Monday & just told me, Sorry, you can go back home. That's no way to treat people.
How about that? Hired & fired B4 my 1st day! That is screwed.

I was hired there as the receptionist when I was 20 years old. So its been about 9 years ago. Sounds like things have not changed. I cant remember the names so bare with me. The Father (Owner) hired me for the office position while his daughter (Office Manager) was out of town. She came back and was SO mad that he made a decision while she was on vacation and FIRED me. That was the only job I have ever been fired from. Plus, the dogs were always walking around. The CSR's were not allowed to speak to anyone at all. They were pushed harder and harder to be faster and faster. I cant believe no one has called the labor board by now. Thats insaine!
