So I go get gas today to find that someone has used my gas points at a Kroger fuel station on the other side of Lexington that I never go to. So if going to the pump and filling up and driving off is ground's for losing your license. Then why isn't stealing someones gas points too? Both are stealing gas! This really ticks me off!

Well that sucks, it could be they put in the wrong number for their alternate Id. Or, could be someone who knows your phone number and used it.

Your points expire at the end of the month. I love my discounts at the pump. The last time I got gas I got it for $2.34 a gallon!

I work at a gas station in nicholasville and I can speak from experience saying that absolutely nothing happens to the losers that run off on gas. Why would any thing happen about fuel points? You have to be a complete piece of crap to steal gas or points but it seems like nicholasville is full of those kinds. Complete losers that think it's ok to steal from those of us that work hard to get what they need. Something needs to be done about these people and I'm sure u know who u r.

I have to agree about the losers in Nicholasville, there are a lot of them in this town. But those types of people are everywhere! It makes me sick to my stomach and so angry at those thieves! I work hard for what I have and now they have it for nothing except the dollar they got for. Just so they can go buy their next fix and lay around plotting their next victim. I wish I could catch the low lifes in the act. You talk about firing their butts up; Man I would in a heartbeat!

what makes me mad is that the people on foodstamps that dont really need them and let me express that clearly. they get a dollar off cause they have racked up on the points with the foodstamps. and that is our tax money. that is what makes me mad.

Look in me and you can pick any number at random and get lucky. It's simple to get three cents or more. Start a new card with your cell number.

We are a family of 8 and our main expense every month is food and gas. I spend 100's at KROGER. Just recently I have been noticing my gas points have been disappearing. I went to the costumer service and checked my acct. I had my old address listed along with my old cellphone number. I had them change everything and dis not list an alternate is which is usually ur phone number. I called the number on back of card and the rep added the points back that were stolen. She said with the changes I made the only way they could take my points was if they had the keychain card I was missing. She said if the points disappear again we would know it was because they have the actual card. Well went the next day and sure enough the were gone again. I immediately call KROGER headquarters and they put the points back on and told me where the worthless losers were taking points and buying gas. I live in Louisville and these acumen are using it in shelbyville. The rep told me to go get a new set of cards, which I did, and then the rep transferred points over to the new card. So you would think all is ok. Not so. Somehow they took my points again. I have all 3 cards, I don't have my phone number anywhere( which is not even the same as the one listed originally) and there is nothing in the alternate is spot. So my question is how the heck did these scums steal my points again. I am getting tired of this. They have been taking my points for months. If anyone knows how this is happening please let me know!!!!!!!

We are having the same problem as momof6. We have our cards in our possession and somehow, there are four other cards linked to our account. Our fuel points were most recently used at a gas station in Florida, and we are in Memphis. We have brought this to Kroger's attention once already, and found two unauthorized users on our card. Those were removed, and now we have four more. They can't seem to explain how this is happening either.

Probably what is happening is that they have set up an account with your name on it at www.kroger.com and probably used your old card number and phone number in the registration process. So even though you change your card number and your phone number, they access the account and just see what you have changed it too. Then they can just punch in your information at the pump. Or they can add a phone number, even if you didn't list one with kroger. Simply because they are controlling the account and seeing everything that gets changed. So, to fix it. Get a new card, but don't let kroger register it themselves. Take it home, go to www.kroger.com and create an account and then register it.

My brother in law lives next door (in the same apartment building) but otherwise we have the same last name, and same main building address. As a result, they thought that my brother in law was my husbands son, and thought we living in the same house. They didn't "realize" that there were apartments, so kroger combined our account. I noticed my points disappeared in two days, so I called, and they ended up separating the card numbers, and refunding my points. Yay.

well if people didnt know that the gov issued phones have phone numbers to actual houses and other cell phones you should talk to ur phone company about it bc amazingly my cousin got a gov issued phone and her number was my aunts number from louisville... when she asked to change it she got her mothers number... this is what is screwing up the gas points

I found a speedy card behind a dumpster (don't know why I was back there), just for grins I typed it in on the web page, and they didn't register it and had 1200 points, but hadn't used the card in 6 months (speedy points don't expire). I registered card and transferred the points to mine.

Is that stealing? They would never be able to find who really owns it.

it's someone you know, as they can just put in your phone number istead os using your card. so change your phone number on your card and that will stop that issue.
