Seems the big conspiracy is they indict those they have the evidence on.
Oh the poor, poor weak women with kids who happen to be using and or selling drugs. Its the kids who deserve better, than mothering skills such as these. If you are caught with the goods, you just might be guilty. God forbid you had to answer for your own actions. You WILL get all the sympathy you have coming.

i agree that the police should use one of their own to take down the dealers. they get the ones busted to roll on others then they turn their heads when they take the money that confidential source makes and is used somewhere else for their own drug of choice. why is this right??? i think it kinda defeats the purpose. its certainly not helping the addicts in this town.

If there were more jobs out there for people then i think there would be less drug dealers. Most of them do it just to have a place to lay their heads and food to eat. I'm not a racist but i have noticed that most places hire hispanics. most of them cannot even speak english. Think about it for a minute. If you go to another country they expect you to know their language right??? If you didnt know their language would you have a chance at getting a job??? I think this is an issue that needs to be taken into consideration. More jobs for us might equal less drug dealing. catch my drift???

How long do you think an uc officer would remain unidentified in a town the size of Nicholasville? Maybe 2 busts and everyone would then know who they were, defeating the purpose.

About the job situation - that's ridiculous. No one is dealing drugs to have a place to live or to eat. If there is one out there, I'd like to hear it because anyone I know slinging drugs is doing it to feed their addiction, buy alcohol and cigarettes, buy bling and tint their windows. They throw the money like there's no tomorrow, and it's not at their kids nor their future. Take into account that the majority of them are already living free (housing, food, medical care) from the taxpayers money and anything they make over that is just fun money.

I think you'e right. I don't think they're all on welfare (although I'm sure some are) But I can't believe any of them are selling drugs to get money for their kid to play t-ball or to put food on the table. They're into drugs themselves. Thats how they know who to go to - to get drugs - and who is willing to buy.
Besides - what drug dealer ever said - Oh! I got a job. Now I don't have to sell drugs any more. Besides, I doubt too many drug dealers are looking for jobs. They're too busy selling drugs and trying now to get caught.
Well

Actually I can name one, but I really dont want to name him. He had a girlfriend, no kids, and didnt do the drug he sold, he was a recovered addict (as weird as that sounds) him and his girl lived it up! Nice house, nice vehicles, could go whereeve whenever...... I can also remember one that did in fact stop selln when a job was offered. So yea 90% of the time ur correct their doin it to support the habit, but there are dealers out there jus doin it for the living, and it jus so happens that the living is damn good and the hrs become whatever the hell they want. jus sayn!

I'm sure there are exceptions to every rule. You're right. But....getting back to the original topic of this thread - the 59 arrested in drug bust...I think I would feel better if I thought that even half of those people were going to face real consequences - greater than a slap on the hand. I've read that everyone rats on somebody else to get themselves out of trouble. Where's the justice in that? Its a vicious circle. And what about all the people who are hurt physically, emotionally and financially by these people doing what they have to do to get their drugs. They say life isn't fair and this seems like proof.

Natasha Corman is about nasty. But they let her out to her boyfriend who is a theif and 60 bucks. This person gave birth to a drugged baby that almost is blind. She ran off to another county where someone was smart enough to turn her in for child abuse. which she isn't even allowed to be alone with her kids. Her boyfriend is as nasty as they come. But she gets arrested again for drugs just months after losing her kids. She's on the street again. Have you seen her meth mouth....GROSSS
It's pretty said when someone is a good mom and has to deal with that shit, when the women that really need social workers never has to deal with them! Its the kids that are suffering!!!

if you want to preach then you should know that GOD is the one that they will answer to not you so maybe you need to worry about your own actions instead of everybody else
