Quick question for you man.

Are you even aware of the hypocrisy and inherent danger related to the drug war? It hampers true freedom and allows police to invade your areas simply based on "suspicion".

If you honestly think the drug war is about protecting you, you're a moron pure and simple. It is all about generating revenue for the state. Our own government has been importing drugs to the streets of America for many years.. At least since the 80's if not longer.

I argue that a police officers job is more dangerous due to the drug war because of the police action they "must" take against drugs. Which in turn would of course cause the cartels and gangs to push back. These gangs survive based on the drug money and the price is ramped up due to the supply and demand.

Now, I will not respond to emotional arguments that simply state I'm an idiot and that "drugs obviously destroy lives!"
As cars destroy the entire planet, yet we still can't break ourselves of the luxury of a smaller planet. Plus they shatter lives.

Soda pop and fast food: Certainly can be addictive and will cause severe health issues over time.

Tobacco: Limited buzz ability and high health risks.

Alcohol: One of the harder drugs on this planet and if you disagree you shouldn't be allowed to breath.. Yet it is still legal and I still don't condone its being made criminalized due to the fact that prohibition era should be plenty of evidence for how drug wars turn.

You should also be a skeptic of your media.. Considering I'm well aware of this bust and I can assure you with 500% certainty that this was not a burglary at all either.. So take that as you will about how the media can twist your views.

In the end I'd much rather see people OD'ing than causing gun fights and pegging 5 year old in the head down the block with a 7.62.
I'd also rather see addicts able to go to work and not have to steal because they can't find a job due to drug testing.

I'm tired of seeing families torn apart because some one sold a substance which does NOT do any harm until an INDIVIDUAL CHOOSES OF THEIR OWN FREE WILL to use it.
Which in turn causes further bloating of the state of funds they do not need.

So, if you think you can beat me logically in a debate.. I'm here. Best of luck... I'm waiting to see if you can change my views.

The same Nick Crespo that wrecked the Honda on New Years and RAN?...that left the car and his passenger with serious injuries? Yeah, the police will never figure out whose car it was..riiiiiight.
