My partner and I are thinking of moving our business from Lexington to Nicholasville. We have had many people wanting us to move back there.(We use to have a drive-thru there over a year ago). Majority rules. We would really like some feed back on this. If you're not familiar with The Daily Grind Coffeehouse, there is one in Mt. Sterling in the Family Dollar parking lot, Winchester, Maysville, and in Hartland Plaza in Lexington. Our store is in the Peddlers Mall parking lot on New Circle Rd. in Lexington. Come by and try some of our different coffee, latte, cappuccino, frozen or iced coffee, and our famous fruit smoothies and let us know!

We are strickly drive-thru or walk-up coffee shop. Do you know of some place downtown that might be good for us? We were thinking in the furniture store parking lot by Wendy's?

Any thoughts?

yeah the old chicken place, either one popeyes or the old lee's turned car lot turned vacant. This sounds great. I would really like it if someone would open up a tasty freeze. I would go for that too. The restaurants and places round here got a bad name, something refreshing like the new copper river place would be refreshing.

That would be more central to where the people are traffic wise

I wish you would set up on south Main. Maybe the old Goody's parking lot. There is nothing good on that side of town.

Thats only central to congestion and the non ability to turn left when you leave the parking lot.

Checked the IP's. This is the same poster as "Cya" in the Main and Maple thread. Typical troll!

we had a daily grind in the lib. once! it was great, but would of done better if it had a drive thru too many people are too busy to get out and walk in.

ANYWHERE would be nice so long as you guys please come to Nicholasville. With Main and Maple gone, the only other decent place for coffee is Starbucks. And I honestly hate having to drive that long way just for some coffee.

Seriously, there is no good place for coffee on the south side of town.
