Thanks for your info. I have a 8 month old son and would rather not take him out walking around halloween night, too cold!

i have 5 children and took everyone of them there first year. have absolutly no regreat's.if you think about it,halloween is really the only holiday that you do with the community. what child would'nt want to be a part of that? regardless of there age. 8 month olds can smile and enjoy it as much as anyone else...

Definately all family members no matter what the age it is about being together with family and friends .The church on Courchelle Drive has a great hot dog chili supper and trunk or treat with a few games for the children a good time. Wellington on bypass and Providence in field off bypass worth checking out too. Have a great time with your family. HAPPY HALLOWEEN

I also took both of my older kids their first year. My youngest didn't go, but that is only because she was sick and I didn't want her to get any worse in the cold air. Even as babies they loved it. The candy we got ( before they were old enough for it) was given to my nieces and nephews. We love Halloween and make a big deal out of it every year. I hope everyone has a fun and safe time this year!

I had a group of teenagers (late teens) not wearing costumes and they were a bit obnoxious about the candy I gave them and were using bad language before and after they left my door. I wish my young child had not seen older ones acting that way. Otherwise, it was fun and I kept the lights on until we ran out of candy.
